Cancellation
Lily loves values its cutomers and works hard to deliver products that will please you. If however you are not satisfied for any reason you may cancel your order within seven working days following the receipt of the goods. Please see our returns section for further information.

Delivery & Returns Policies
Delivery
Deliveries can be made to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses only.
Deliveries are made by carrier service between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Mon to Fri PLEASE NOTE - A signature will be needed to confirm receipt of deliveries
UK Delivery (up to 5 working days)
Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £2.50
Republic of Ireland deliveries (up to 8 working days)
P&P for all Republic of Ireland deliveries is at a standard charge of £7.99.
We apologise that we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.
Returns
To cancel an order
Lily loves will try to give you complete satisfaction but should you not be satisfied for any reason then you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods.
To return an order
Products which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt. Please keep a note of your despatch information as it will be required as proof of delivery back to us.
NB. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
By Post
On the bottom section of the Delivery Note you received with the goods please write your reason for return. In the case of an exchange please include a letter detailing your reason and which item you would like to exchange it for. You will be credited in full for the original item and charged for the new item.
- The completed Delivery Note must be included with the goods.
- Take the parcel to a Post Office. You will be issued with a Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed. Please allow up to 28 days for this (or 14 days for sale items).

Postage is payable by the customer for all postal returns.
Ethical Trading
We ask all suppliers to provide fair and equitable pay and conditions for all their employees. We will not use suppliers who breach any of our minimum standards.
